Professional Misconduct
As a member of Professional Order, every member, is required to act in accordance with established standards and to adhere to an Ethical Code. In many instances, it is not always the case.
Breach of ethics can result in sanctions against the faulty member.
When mandated, the BECQ must act with outmost discretion and determine if a breach of the code has been committed. In such a case, the evidence will be admissible before a disciplinary or legal administrative committe and in criminal or civil proceedings, if warranted.
